.The Planning Advisory Committee is a Committee created by Council consisting of five members.

Planning Advisory committee will review proposed official plan or zoning by-law amendments and make a recommendation to Council. The Committee will also serve as a Commenting Agency to the Committee of Adjustment when it is known at the time of severance application to the COA that a rezoning would be required as a condition of consent.

The Committee will meet as necessary depending on whether there are matters to be heard.
